To maintain the confidentiality of client data.
To develop leasing or refinancing proposals in accordance with communicated requirements.

User's/Client's Obligations:

To provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information regarding assets and financial situation.
To use the information and documents received for legal purposes only.
To respect the financial terms established in the concluded contracts.

3. Limitation of Liability

SFM Motor assumes liability only for services provided directly and within the limits of the contractual documentation. We are not responsible for investment decisions made by the client based on our consulting, for business losses, or indirect damages. Our valuations do not constitute guarantees of future market value. The client is solely responsible for the final verification of all leasing documents and the conditions offered by partner financial institutions.

4. Conditions for Termination of Use

Either party may terminate the collaboration through written notice, respecting the notice periods stipulated in the individual contract. SFM Motor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, distributes malware, or provides fraudulent information.

5. Modification of Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the site or services after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of them. We encourage you to check this section periodically.
